Good Karma Beer Cheese Soup(10 servings)
1 stick butter
3/4 cups celery, onion and flour
10 oz can diced tomatoes
4 lbs velveeta cheese diced
3 -5 tbs of Carrot Karma Hot Sauce
8 cups chicken stock(4-14oz cans)
3 tbs sugar
1 beer room temp
Wisk flour slowly cook 4min. Add remaining ingredients except beer. Stir as cooking. Add beer near end. Serve hot with crusty bread or crutons.
