Garlic Goodness Dip

This dip will soon take the place of our average onion or spinach dip.

It is BY FAR the most addictive dip ever created. The amazing garlic

flavor is slightly mellowed by the creamy goodness of this dip with a hint of spice.

1 cup sour cream
1 cup softened cream cheese
1/4 cup Garlic Goodness Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons minced dry onions

Mix all well & chill a minimum of 3 hours. Serve with veggies, chips, pita or crackers. Such goodness!!!

THRU 2010 SCOVIE AWARDS

(October 22, 2009) When the results of the 2010 Scovie Awards, the world’s leading recognition for hot and spicy products, were announced, Michele Northrup, Founder of Intensity Academy was excited to get the call from the competition organizers. Tampa based Intensity Academy Gourmet Sauces, which manufactures Tea Infused Ketchups, Marinades/Hot Sauces and has received three 2010 Scovie Awards. In the industry’s most rigorous blind tastings, a panel of the country’s top culinary experts sampled hundreds of the world’s most lauded gourmet foods, and the top scoring products each won a coveted Scovie banner.

Their Chai Chipotle Chup’, an all natural tea infused ketchup was voted the #1 ketchup in the nation. Chai Thai Teriyaki came in 2nd & the company’s Green Tea Gourmet Sauce came in 3rd, both in the Stir-fry category. Over 600 products from around the world competed for top honors. The Scovie Awards were created by Dave DeWitt, the nation’s leading author on fiery cuisine and founder of the National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show. The awards are named for Wilbur Scoville who pioneered a rating scale for spicy foods. The Scovie Awards have become the industry standard for excellence in fiery foods.

The common factor is their commitment to excellence and the real quality of the products they produce.”

DeWitt was also pleased with the geographic diversity of the winners. “This year, our winners represent companies from 32 different states and countries and provinces as diverse as Panama, Australia, Japan, Antigua and Canada,” lauds DeWitt. “Scovie winners truly exemplify the diversity and quality of this industry.”
